Greensboro, N.C.--SC State junior Barry Bethea finished second in his heat of the 400 meter hurdles to advance to the quarterfinal round of the NCAA 2013 Outdoor Track & Field East Preliminary.   The prelims, which are being contested at the Irwin Belk Track at Aggie Stadium on the campus of North Carolina A&T, will continue through Saturday, May 25.
