The Maryland Eastern Shore Lady Hawks and the defending MEAC champion Norfolk State Spartans took the lead after day one's competition of the MEAC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Irwin Belk Track on the campus of N. C. A&T State.
