GREENSBORO, N.C. With the temperatures a little warm than yesterday and on-and-off rain, freshman Kevin Todd Woodring of the Savannah State University men's track team qualified for the finals in the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.81 to finish third in the second heat and eighth overall, the final spot, on day two of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship Friday.
