Xavier Collins of Norfolk State and Trey Holloway of Hampton were named the MEAC Co-Men's Track Athletes of the Week, while Michael Thomas-Brown of Norfolk State was the MEAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference today.

Hampton University senior Trey Holloway broke his own school record in the men's 60-meter hurdles during the CNU Captain's Invitational, held Friday and Saturday at the Freeman Center.

Five student-athletes are recognized this week as MEAC Track and Field Athletes of the Week

The Savannah State University men's and women's track and field teams recorded four top-10 finishes at the UAB Vulcan Invite on Saturday in the Birmingham Crossplex Arena.

The Hampton University men's track & field team won the Tri-Meet, which was held on Wednesday at the Boo Williams Sportsplex, besting Norfolk State and VCU. The women's track & field team finished second.

Hampton's Trey Holloway and Ce'aira Brown were chosen as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Men's and Women's Track Athletes of the Week.
